After a courageous battle, Ted passed away at Markham Stouffville Hospital on Sunday October 14, 2007. Ted was the beloved husband of the late Carol (Hann) and dear father of Larry and his wife Susan, Glen and his wife Pat, and Bob and his wife Kathy. Loving grandfather of Robert, Jennifer, Stephanie, Jay (Kristina) Kerrie and Shawna. and great-grandfather of Ryan. Dear brother of Joyce Gledhill and her husband Bruce

Friends will be received at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road) Markham on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. Complete service in the chapel on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Cremation. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
